Delivery & Returns
Super Saver Delivery:
- All Super Saver deliveries can take anywhere up to 3-6 working days, with a fixed cost of £4.50
Standard Delivery:
- All Standard Deliveries can take anywhere up to 2-3 working days, with a fixed cost of £5.00.
Next day delivery:
- This Service is available from Monday to Friday given that all orders are placed before 2 PM
- The cost for next day delivery is £8.00 for all orders.
- Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on Monday
- Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday and should be delivered the following day.
- Next Day Delivery is not available to the following postcodes - HS1-9, IV1-56, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3, AB, BT, IM, JE, GY

Standard Delivery:

- Available Monday - Friday
- Delivery can take anywhere up to 2 – 6 Working Day.
- A signature may be required on receipt of the parcel.
International
If the destination you want us to deliver to is not on the list, we apologise for any inconvenience. Feel free to contact us and we may be able come to an arrangement to suit you.
- For all international Deliveries allow up to 2 -6 working days with a fixed charge of £11.99.
- On delivery, you may be required to sign for order to confirm you have received it.
- We will try and ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible, however please be aware that your order may be delayed sue to certain policies in your countries. As we have no control over this, we will be unable to provide any information regarding the delay.
- Some destination countries may charge customs and dutie on the goods. These charges are to be paid by the customer as we have no control over these charges, which can also vary country to country
Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will be glad to offer you a full refund less the shipping cost, as long as all terms and conditions are met.
Returning an Item:
- Items should be returned within 7 days of receiving it.
- When returning an item, it should be in the same condition as it was sent. All original tags and labels should still be attached to the garment.
- A copy of the invoice should be sent with the Item when returning it.
- Please ensure you keep a copy of proof of return, in the case of items that may get lost or damaged.

Refunds:
- All items will be refunded as long as they are in the original condition they were sent and have not been worn.
- Once we receive and have inspected the product we will notify you about the refund by email.
- All refunds should take place within 7 days.
Exchanges:
- When exchanging a product please notify us by email, please include the reference number printed on the invoice and what you would like to exchange for.
- The item you would like to exchange for should have the same or a higher value than the product being returned.
- If the product you want to exchange for is of a lower value, we will be unable to offer you the outstanding amount.
- Exchanged items should be sent out within 7 working days.
Cancellation:
