How can I track my order/delivery?
Depending on the method of delivery you have chosen, you may be emailed a tracking number with details on how to track your delivery
Do I have to sign for my parcel when it arrives?
This depends on the method of delivery you have chosen. If you have chose Next day delivery then you will have to sign for the parcel.
What if I am not at home to sign for the item.
The courior will leave a note on how to proceed and will either re attempt delivery or ask you to collect it form the local depot.

How long will it take to receive a refund if I have returned an item.
Once we have received the item, it will take 2-3 days to process after which you should receive the refund.

What is a discount code.
A discount code is a code issued by us, which allows you to benefit from a number of great deals, such as free delivery, 25% off your order etc.
Where can I find discount codes?
You can find our discount codes via our newsletter, facebook, twitter and even on our website
How do I use the discount codes?
If you have a discount code, first place the order as normal and then proceed to check out, where you will see an option to enter your code. Upon entering the code your balance will change automatically according to the code you enter.
Is there a time limit for the code to be used?
Yes, each discount code is only valid for a certain amount of time. This will be specified each time a code is issued.

This depends on the type of code you have, some codes can be used multiple times, while others can only be used once per user/account. Again this may be specified each time a code is issued.

We use all major credit and debit cards along with Paypal.
When will my credit or debit card be charged?
Since card funded payments are instant, once a transaction has been initiated, we will automatically request the funds from the card.
What is Securecode use for?
Securecode is a sucurity feature, which enables payments using certain credit and debit cards to be authenticated by the card holder with the issuer at the time of the transaction
